Williamsburg Junior Athletic Association is a proud NAYS Chapter. The advantages for our organization through NAYS include coach training in general as well as sport specific coach training and required coach courses in concussion training. NAYS also allows us to cost effectivley require background checks for those adults working with our children. through Nays membership our coaches receive other benefits including liability insurance to protect themselves. 

 

NAYS affiliation also allows parents to discretely evaluate coaches and their experiance with them.
